Seems as if they didn’t care

onI brought my car in, was automatically offered very expensive maintenance packages and I turned them down. Was there for over two hours. When I was informed my car was ready, I was walked directly to my car without any run down of what they inspected or any recommendations. I asked if there were any recommendations, then I was walked back to the service desk and they looked for my paperwork and said no. When I got to my car there was no evidence that they used floor or seat covers. Plus, five minutes driving away from the dealership then an indicator light turned on.
