Very slow service for something that should be simple and quick!
by ThiGore on 01/02/2021Had an appointment to just get a complimentary checkup/tipoff at11:30am and got there on time, yet my car did not even get pulled to be looked at until 1pm after I went to the gentleman to ask what was taking so long. I waited yet another… hour and a half until I went back out and found that my car had been done for a little while yet I had not been notified because he was with another customer and "couldn't stop to let me get my car and go". Horrible service!! I should NOT have had to wait so long for something so simple ESPECIALLY since I had an appointment.Hi, we appreciate you taking the time to respond. by No online purchases on 08/15/2020August 13, 2020 I recently purchased a used car with your Toyota Dealership Thornton Road, GA. Carvana is sooo much simpler and straight forward. We are going on 10 days now and I still don’t have any papers or temporary tags that I… paid for. The original deal was supposed to cover delivery. LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!! I signed the updated quote they came up with and then got a call that delivery was not included after asking the salesman several times if it was before signing. He also said that he or another person would likely be delivering it. The papers arrived to me instead of the notary (notary’s name, but my address) 3 days after quote was signed. We did the papers and she took the check and sent it back to the dealership the next day via FedEx overnight.... and it was 2 days later that I heard from someone. They had gotten the check and it was verified. GAMES CONTINUE!!!! At this point I found out that now it was going to be delivered by transport (pickup truck with a regular trailer.) It would be the following week for delivery. Monday comes and I have to contact dealership to find out it would be Tuesday delivery. It wasn’t delivered Tuesday, and I didn’t receive a call telling me it was delayed. The vehicle was delivered Wednesday afternoon. This was a week after you had my 36K and I had no paperwork or anything to prove my purchase. That’s right; the vehicle came with no papers or tags. Just one FOB. They should have noted that there was only one key FOB and no other way to access the vehicle in the sales info as those are very expensive to get and having only one set of keys should be an insurance issue. Insurance issue if insurance company covers locksmith if you lose or lock your one key in the car. You say no haggle in your advertisements but when you send a quote it contains items like: • $300 mats.....Weathertech ones are less • $1000 paint & Scratch protection...for a used car that already has scratches???? • $699 document fee - obviously not to pay for documents as they haven’t been delivered yet, even though the vehicle is here. If you’re going to try to do a delivery service you better get your act together. We will see if FedEx gets here at a decent time tomorrow so that I can actually drive my new truck or perhaps I can make a special trip to FedEx Facility to pick up tonight. 5 day return policy will be gone by the time I have much time in it. For in industry that want to change their persona...this was not the way to do it.Fast and Efficient Outstanding Service

by Tighten Up on 10/24/2019I went in Bright and early on Saturday morning it’s about to storm outside, keep in mind I had a 12:00 appointment later that day. I was the third car in line had stop by on Friday to confirm or see if I could get service that afternoon,… was a little too late. So I decided to come in early Saturday morning because I was told you take work-in also. I was the third person in line that morning. When doors opened I pulled in exiting my vehicle right in front of Two Technician. they never looked up at me, Chris day on his computer and the other young man walked away. So Jacob came from the 1st desk to assist me, this was after standing there at least 5-7 min waiting for someone to Greet me everyone moving around and addressing there customers they recognized. My service advisor is NO longer with the Company. Jacob informed me that there would be a 2-3 hr wait, with a face of come back at 12:00, I explained my situation and he explained that the customer with appointments will be seen first.. He walked off and said he would return he would check the computer to see if it was possible. Well I knew or I was told that they see Walk-In appts. I didn’t have a problem waiting but don’t make me feel that I wasn’t Welcome to receive service. So I stop Ricky and explained my situation, by this time I’m a little frustrated. So Ricky was kind enough to take Control of the Situation and get me some Results. He made me feel as if he wanted me to spend my money opposed to me leaving and coming back ! I was truly Thankful . No matter what the situation Always be attentive to the Customer and make them feel Welcome instead of leaving them standing. I been coming to this Dealership for a while, I’ve never felt so confused and that my money wasn’t appreciated. You guys have to tighten UP with a SMILE on your Customer Service Skills maybe some more TRAINING or Monthly Training . I called Three days Straight and was on HOLD for LONG periods of time only to hang up! I stop by the store. To schedule. Tighten Up!!!
