Very slow service for something that should be simple and quick!

Had an appointment to just get a complimentary checkup/tipoff at11:30am and got there on time, yet my car did not even get pulled to be looked at until 1pm after I went to the gentleman to ask what was taking so long. I waited yet another hour and a half until I went back out and found that my car had been done for a little while yet I had not been notified because he was with another customer and "couldn't stop to let me get my car and go". Horrible service!! I should NOT have had to wait so long for something so simple ESPECIALLY since I had an appointment.
