    Service was provided very thoroughly by Josh (Service Advisor). My car was returned to me with 3 scratches on the front right bumper. Josh had the scratches buff out same day. I appreciated his attention to the matter and swift resolution.

    Toyota Auto Nation Thornton rd gave me awesome service. My breaks went out on Thornton rd after hours on Saturday April 8th. What stood out to me the most was they took care of me after hours. The day before Easter!!! Awesome service!!!

  • Service wait times

    I have used this service department for many years. I don't usually complain. The only problem I had this day was the length of time it took to get everything done. I had a 12:30 appointment for oil change, rotate and balance tires, multi point inspection and check possible slipping in the transmission. It was 3:30 before I heard anything from the service advisor and I had to approach him. He explained everything that was required and explained it would be done quickly now. If I had known it would take close to another 3 hours, I would have left the car and taken a UBER home. As it was, I feel I wasted the whole day waiting. I wish there was a way to give the customer more accurate wait times. The service advisor was informative as far as the repairs that were needed and apologized for the wait times but explained it takes a while to get all of these things done. I had come prepared to wait, bringing along movies for entertainment. But I did not anticipate spending the whole day there. Again, more realistic wait times would make customers happier.

  • 2013 Toyota RAV4

    I went to service my 2013 Toyota RAV4 at the dealer. My transmission while the vehicle was stopped would slip out of gear, then when try to go forward it would sound like it’s in neutral then you would hear a loud pop then it would move. I explain this to the service advisor he they would have to check it with the diagnostic computer and said fine. He called me back later on and told me that the technician said my vehicle transmission was fine, but I had other existing issues that can be causing the problem. So I gave him the OK for the technician to fix some of these problems. A week later my vehicle cannot move forward or backward. That is total negligence on the technicians.

    You are just a number to them. Numbers in and numbers out. Service doesn't listen to concerns about the vehicle. My truck was done for 45 minutes before they called to tell me. And that was after me asking. Plus they lost a hub cap in the process. And didn't even check the concerns I had. Also the Customer Relations Manager wont answer your email or call you back. But this is 2023, no one has customer service anymore, including AutoNation.

    The service personnel are excellent at what they do. The vehicle service was also excellent. The only issue is the waiting period. That problem is probably due to the amount of people needing service.
