onI went to service my 2013 Toyota RAV4 at the dealer. My transmission while the vehicle was stopped would slip out of gear, then when try to go forward it would sound like it’s in neutral then you would hear a loud pop then it would move. I explain this to the service advisor he they would have to check it with the diagnostic computer and said fine. He called me back later on and told me that the technician said my vehicle transmission was fine, but I had other existing issues that can be causing the problem. So I gave him the OK for the technician to fix some of these problems. A week later my vehicle cannot move forward or backward. That is total negligence on the technicians.
