Dealership Service Review
I have used this service department for many years. I don't usually complain. The only problem I had this day was the length of time it took to get everything done. I had a 12:30 appointment for oil change, rotate and balance tires, multi point inspection and check possible slipping in the transmission. It was 3:30 before I heard anything from the service advisor and I had to approach him. He explained everything that was required and explained it would be done quickly now. If I had known it would take close to another 3 hours, I would have left the car and taken a UBER home. As it was, I feel I wasted the whole day waiting. I wish there was a way to give the customer more accurate wait times. The service advisor was informative as far as the repairs that were needed and apologized for the wait times but explained it takes a while to get all of these things done. I had come prepared to wait, bringing along movies for entertainment. But I did not anticipate spending the whole day there. Again, more realistic wait times would make customers happier.
