    The whole service process from drop off to pick up was phenomenal!! Not to mention my car is running great ! It was done within about two days time and I even got great service when I mistakes the pick up times and was late for the service shop but the dealership was still open they worked everything out for me and I couldn't have been more grateful !!

    After visiting several dealerships and test driving several vehicles, I found my experience at Toyota to be positive. On my first visit, I was able to test drive the vehicle with no pressure. The sale person was able to answer my questions without running back and forth to a manager numerous times.

    Was very pleased to learn that my service was covered under the service plan and that the service department honored it, even though I was unaware of the terms of coverage.

    Before I made it home with my newly purchased vehicle, the tire pressure light and oil change indicator were on. I was told both would take 15 minutes to check and reset. An hour and a half later, I was informed that I needed a new spare. I left to head back to work, made it a couple of miles before I realized they hadn't even reset my oil light. I was to receive a phone call when my new spare came in, which I was told would take a couple of days tops. A week later I finally decided to contact the salesman to see if it had arrived. It had and my husband took the car in again for the same "15 minute service". He was there for 2 1/2 hours. Our salesman was missing and no one at the company had any idea of our correspondence or even why we there. We had to show them screenshots of the emails before it was finally resolved.

  • Not happy at all

    I was not happy with the service provided. I went in at 12:45 (with an appointment), for an oil change and brakes, my car was given back to me at 5:30pm. When my car was given back to me, the trunk cover handle was broken and looked like someone when thru my car looking for something. My driver side door pocket looked like it was ransacked, someone took out cigarettes from my pack lying in the door. My glove box was totally up side down and the few napkins that I had in there were spread on the passenger side seat. To date. No one was up front about the broken trunk cover handle. To date I have been the one calling and no one has called me back to make me believe that they are truly interested in replacing it. But if I wont have opened the trunk I wont have found out that it was broken. Plus the car was washed and cleaned from the side, but looked like someone just wiped it from the front.

    Everyone at this dealership made my car buying experience exceptional! My sales person Chris Brown was waiting for me outside the dealership when I walked into the dealership. He was patient and not overly aggressive in assisting me in choosing the right car for me (in my price range). Chris and Solomon (Finance Director) were extremely helpful in finalizing the purchase to my satisfaction. Chris delivered my car to my home the next day! I had a very positive and warm customer experience at this dealership. I would definitely recommend the Toyota dealership in Lithia Springs, GA for your next car purchase.

    I was treated exceptionally well at Auto Nation. They were efficient, there were no hidden costs, I was able to get my extended warranty and was happy about the 3 year warranty on my tires and the 2 year courtesy service for my car. The salesman, Mr. Kevin. Echils as well as the financial person were excellent and went out of their way to ensure I was getti g the car I wanted a d the deal I wanted. It was a very pleasurable experience and I will go back.

    We had a great buying experience with Kevin Echols, internet sales manager at AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road. Kevin was very responsive to our many questions, worked hard to get us the price we wanted for our trade-in and made sure we walked out with big smiles on our faces. He even synced up our cell phones to our new, 2016 RAV 4 and demonstrated all the great new technology now available to us. He made a usually trying and tiring experience into something really positive. We would definitely recommend Kevin Echols and AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road!

    Wyatt Davis greeted me when I drove into the service bay to get my car serviced. He greeted me with a smile and asked what service I needed done on my car, after explaining what I needed done, he recommended other services that would be beneficial to me with the miles I have on my car. I wasn't forced to get the service, but I did because I know Toyota's are excellent cars and I wanted to make sure my car would continue running well. Thank you Wyatt and Auto Nation Toyota. Great customer service!!!!
