    Purchased a new Honda Ridgeline in early January. Very pleased with my new Ridgeline. Also pleased with the dealership and personnel. Virgie was especially helpful and very patient with me. I’m a very cautious shopper and really appreciate the patience. Never felt any sales pressure. Just an effort to help me find a suitable vehicle. Thanks all!
  • An employee sexually harassed me while waiting for my car to be serviced

    I love Thornton Road Honda but the last 2 visits have not been good for me. Rep sold me the wrong tires for my car and I am still pissed with the way my car drives. Most recent appointment I was sexually harassed by an employee and it made me so uncomfortable. He called my cellphone while I was waiting for my car. How he got my number was weird. He then came to the waiting where I was and kept bothering me while I was working on my laptop. I see new people working here and my 2 bad experiences came from new employees. This has not been cool at all.

    This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Alex, Dino, Andre, my Finance manager, and especially Larry, were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this dealership and seeing these amazing people!

    Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My experience was not good. I was intentionally mislead concerning the so-called multipoint inspection. Not even 1 week after purchasing my car from them, the battery went dead. My wife and i were both stick on the road, and had to purchase a new battery. I reached out to my salesperson - ray to tell him this, and neither he or anyone from the dealership responded back to me. clearly, they dont care. I warn anyone, you can do better and find a honest dealership.

    Jacob and Ram, both greeted me at the service intake area. I had a concern with my wheels and Ram took care of it. He gave me a reasonable total price and provided great customer service... and he was also patient with my many questions. Carter too provided great customer service and checked on me as I waited to see if I was updated about my vehicle. Thank you to the technician Tremaine who actually worked on my vehicle! 5 🌟 stars.

    I can always count on this location to give me the best service. I originally had a later appointment & they were able to get me in much earlier. That made my day, as I had many other Christmas errands to get to! Ram, my service advisor, was top notch as always. He was super kind & kept me updated during my wait. Ram has the best customer service!

    Not very good. First off, the phone system is just awful. I would call in on base number only to be told they could not find an entry for me in the queue and would immediately hang up on me without giving me a chance to say or do anything. Tried service, then parts and finally sales. Got same results on all three. I finally stumbled upon an old number and someone answered. Of course they were not interested in my problems. Finally got my service handled which I had scheduled for 3 weeks. Got home and found thay had not reset service indicators to get my display to show again. He wanted me to drive 45 miles back in and let him see the car. Told him I surely did not want to do that so he stayed on the phone with me until we finally got it reset. I use to not mind taking car in for service, but not it's a major inconvenience. Don't want to go thru that again. Dread the next maintenance date

    This is the only place I take my car. My experience was great. My only issue is that the tires that they have put on my car are never in stock and have to be ordered. Since I do work, it would be easier if when I need a new tire or 2 that they would be in stock so I could have everything taken care of in the same day.

    I bought a 2021 Honda Civic sport. My entire experience was OUTSTANDING!!!!!! Dealership manager Jon King was great to work with. He certainly made the deal happen and made things happen. This is my second time here buying a new car and both times were great. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a great experience in buying a car.

    Overall they provide great service within a reasonable timeframe. The price was reasonable due to I had coupons for the oil change and tire rotation. I am happy with the work they performed.

    Engine light came on in my 2015 Odyssey and they tried to sell me "Piston Rings" for $3700. It's so absurd I just have to laugh. Horrible deception at this location every time we try to go there - which is only in an emergency.

    I came in not expecting to be able to get a car from a dealership but I had left a Buy Here Pay Here looking at the same car but something wasn’t right about it. I googled and came across a red 2019 Honda Accord the exact color i wanted. I called, then the receptionist transferred me to sales. Ike picked up, first ring lol barely rung. I told him what i was looking at and came in 20 minutes. Fell in love with the car as soon as I got there. Before test driving Ike showed me all the features and told me about the safety ratings and the additional features that were added for safety. Which is very important to me, I’ve been in 3 not at fault accidents and I need a reliable car. I fell in love with what is now my Accord. I told him and the sales manager what I could do and they made it happen just like they told me they would and then went to work they called me and told me I had a deal. I never thought I could get a car from the dealership. Next day I came running behind but I trusted Ike and the sales manager so much I told my mom and sister I know that they could help them get a car too, to come look. It’s very important to have reliable transportation for each of us we work different schedules. They came in and Ike, the sales manager and Carlos all made sure they followed through on getting both of them in cars the same day. We are so blessed to start the new year off like this and you guys really made my dreams come true. Me getting a new car was no longer a me thing it was a WE thing for my family and we are truly blessed and appreciated I will let everyone and anyone know about Ike and Honda Thornton Road. When I get another car I won’t get one unless these three can get it for me. Also may I add of my mom, my sister or myself has any question or anything at all about our cars the door has still been completely open with Ike he answers as soon as he can and will look at anything either one of us has a question about. Amazing guy. Amazing team. Thanks so much. I could go ON & ON & ON . Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I was pleased with the service on my vehicle. It was found that the replacement part installed was defective which resulted in a leak. I contacted the service department and made them aware of the issue and Honda replaced the part and ensured I had no other issues. My Service advisor was VERY professional and called afterwards to check in and make sure I had no other leaks. I’m on my 5th Honda vehicle and I will proudly recommend Honda. Thanks Honda for taking such great care of this happy customer!

    Even had schedule time took 2-1/2 hours for oil change and added extra charge was that I did not not ask for .
