Dealership Service Review
Not very good. First off, the phone system is just awful. I would call in on base number only to be told they could not find an entry for me in the queue and would immediately hang up on me without giving me a chance to say or do anything. Tried service, then parts and finally sales. Got same results on all three. I finally stumbled upon an old number and someone answered. Of course they were not interested in my problems. Finally got my service handled which I had scheduled for 3 weeks. Got home and found thay had not reset service indicators to get my display to show again. He wanted me to drive 45 miles back in and let him see the car. Told him I surely did not want to do that so he stayed on the phone with me until we finally got it reset. I use to not mind taking car in for service, but not it's a major inconvenience. Don't want to go thru that again. Dread the next maintenance date
