    I had a 40k service, and did not want to wait. The Lyft option was expensive Nd Haley suggested we wait a little for the cost to come down. When it didn’t, she gave me a ride home. Huge help. Haley went above and beyond.

  • Good service, long wait time

    I’ve been getting car maintenance at this location for over 3 years and each time they have done it well. I always make an appointment for the service I need and sometimes I’m in and out within an hour to an hour and a half. Often times, with an appointment I still wait nearly three hours, even for a basic oil change. Today I had Trevor as my service advisor and he warned me prior to beginning about the two and a half hour back up. I chose to wait anyway and was thankful for the heads up, something I’d recommend they always do if applicable, especially if my vehicle’s service is not the only thing I have to do that day. Bottom line, give an average of a couple hours for routine services.

    Even though I scheduled an appointment ahead of time after 90 minutes of waitng they had just started on my vehicle. It is ways like this at Jim Tidwell.

    I took my car in for what turned out to be a battery issue. When I went to pick up the car, we waited 45 minutes and the found out that the car wouldn’t start and needed more diagnostics. We left the car. When I returned home I had a message that the car was OK, battery cable wasn’t properly installed. So the delays and extra trip was caused by a pretty amateur problem. I must say that the service advisors were great. They were polite and very helpful. In the end, my problem was resolved and that is great. So it was ithe extended wait and extra trip that cost this review a star.

    Service writers are very customer friendly. If you think your service writer isnt keeping you informed,it happens, let someone know. I did and things went from ,meh, (kevin no longer there) to most excellent( Chris Meredith).

    Did a good job trouble shooting my problem, but wish I had been told when I made the appointment that they had a 72 hr time frame to do it. They did do it in 48 hr when I told them I needed the car on day 3.
