onI took my car in for what turned out to be a battery issue. When I went to pick up the car, we waited 45 minutes and the found out that the car wouldn’t start and needed more diagnostics. We left the car. When I returned home I had a message that the car was OK, battery cable wasn’t properly installed. So the delays and extra trip was caused by a pretty amateur problem. I must say that the service advisors were great. They were polite and very helpful. In the end, my problem was resolved and that is great. So it was ithe extended wait and extra trip that cost this review a star.
