very honest and straight
by gary jacobson on 01/24/2025I would like to recommend napelton in west palm for service---brought my 12 yr old elantra in with electrical issues.... the original diagnosis was an ac control unit...est repair cost $1300.... After four days of hit and miss diagnosis,… it was determined that a differnet, less expensive part was needed....final repair cost was $800, not $1300... matt hodson, the service writer is fantastic...he kept me abreast of the situation the whole time......my hat is off to the service dept manager...I was in the dark.....he could have charged me the original estimate and I would not have known the difference.....dealership service departments get a bad reputation...napelton is not on that list---good, honest, service, with no ridiculous upsell attempts.....I highly recommend napelton for all your service needs...Hello Gary, thank you so much for your feedback! by Flfrontpage on 11/07/2023I paid $22K for a 1-year-old Santa Cruz and as I drove home three sensor errors ocurred. I stopped at home and came out to find someone had tapped my bumper. Took car to this dealer for sensor repair. Left it for the day. They said Hyundai… denied warranty coverage because the bumper damage caused the sensor errors. Meanwhile I had time-stamped photos of the sensor errors and bumper damage clearly showing one had nothing to do with the other. The bumper damage is tiny. Also, the dealer refused my request to check to Santa Cruz computer to determine when the sensor problem began. They offered to complete the repairs for $1,500. I declined. They then left me stranded at work - after me telling them multiple times where and when to pick me up. My phone died - so I had to WALK to the dealership in the dark at night. Finally, they have refused to respond to any of my emails, texts or phone calls the next day. Not good at all

The advertise price in Edmunds was $6800 the price given to me was way above the $9000.00 with dealers feeds $989.00 plus other fees at $1450.00 plus tax and tag . Also… the car had a light stating the air bag has problem witch was not discuss with me. The sales associate was Richard.Ismael, we appreciate you taking the time to leave this review. by Miguelena on 11/20/2018I went there driving for one hour knowing about the super low reviews in cargurus but they had the car that I really like for the price of my budget 21,500 and I understand fees taxes etc. but in their mat. with my 750 points credit score… they want 520 dlls a month for 72 months that is 37,440 with a 7% interest so I told them the interest was high and they told me if I find you 5% do you buy the car now ? ''that is a sales trick question'' and I say yes they live me there for 35 minutes waiting and a financing guy come back with a 4.99 % interest and the payment was 449 a month for 72 months total $32,328 I told them why is so much show me the paperwork to see it my self and they never show me anything., actually they had my estimate from another dealer analyzing talking many of them reading my estimate from florida fine cars ,they came to me laughing saying Florida fine cars is the worse place to buy a car even to work there a lot of employes here came from there and from Off lease , I was there buying a car not looking for job I didn't care their labor situations , the latinos there are very unprofessional , and the way how they talk and how they dress . I am spanish speaker and I recognize a low class vocabulary so obviously will be a low class customer attention . at the beginning they saw me thinking like I could never buy the car what I was looking for when they so my credit score they where so different and desperate to sale the car in a super high price at the end this happen the price of the car was 21,500 plus dealer fee something like 900 plus taxes a total of 23744 why the car went to 32328 is approximately $ 8,584 dlls on interest ? the conclusion that I have is the car in the advertisement say is certified pre owned but the price in the certification is not add in the original price and even if you don't want the certification they want you to pay for it and even worse they obligated me to put a gap insurance in a car that was " in the advertisement $ 3,500 under the MSRP . this is my conclusion because they never show me the paper work like Florida Fine cars . so I came back to my home and next day I show up in Florida Fine cars and buy about the same car for 21,000 plus dealer fee and taxes without no gap insurance and no certified pre owned my payment is 387 a month for 72 months that amount what I was looking for no hidden secrets very transparent people they offer me the gap insurance they explain to me i say no they say no problem the car with accident check fixit by the dealer that's why can't be a CPO but still under hyundai warranty they show me the little defects in the car and I accepted in the next 10 days I went to the dealer in pompano beach and they fix everything with no questions at all., still under bumper to bumper dealer warranty . conclusion don't go to Napleton west palm beach 2301 Okeechobee Blvd. West Palm Beach,FL.33409 they don't sale cars they sale insurances , is the worse experience ever buying a car with fake price, and fake sellersHi Miguelena, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. Buyer Beware
by hatemydealer on 04/18/2017What can I say about a dealer that will manipulate an elderly woman into an extra 1k down payment and an additional 40/month. I flew from out of state to help my mother take care of a new car lease. After agreeing on a car and payment, I… asked the salesman, Keith, to send me everything in writing as I had to leave town and my 87 YO widowed mother would be coming back to sign the papers after she had a few days to think it over. After calling twice to have the papers sent to me (which he never did) , when she returned a week later they worked her into a luxury package that will cost her an additional 3k over the three year lease. Calling and attempting to remedy was an insulting process that led nowhere. Do yourself a favor. Worst "Attempted" Car Buying Experience Ever
by martinb3 on 09/02/2016If you like being given a great price quote over the telephone only to be told there is no way I could have been told that price (I defiantly know the price I was told for the car I wanted); if you like being given a price for your trade-in… and a handshake to seal the deal only to find out there is a different lower price on the contract; if you like being told the lease would be one price only to be given a lease to sign with a different higher price; if you like being kept at the dealer for hours while they try to wear you down to agree to a lease you are not all that happy with; if you like extras throw in at charges you didn't agree to which you only find out if you are not too exhausted to read the entire lease agreement....then Napleton Hundai is the place for you. I wound up buying a new car two days later at an honest dealer with integrity...so different from my experience at Napleton. My advice is to avoid this dealership at all costs...there are much better more honest dealers out there.I am disappointed to hear our dealership was unable to provide the business you needed. We always aim for 100% customer satisfaction; however, it is apparent we have fallen short of this goal during your most recent visit to Napleton's West Palm Beach Hyundai. Service was completed promptly in the time frame… predicted. Also, I was very pleased recently when I stopped without an appointment to ask about an unfamiliar noise and the service manager took the time to check it out and reassure me about what had been the probable cause.Awesome service department
