What can I say about a dealer that will manipulate an elderly woman into an extra 1k down payment and an additional 40/month. I flew from out of state to help my mother take care of a new car lease. After agreeing on a car and payment, I asked the salesman, Keith, to send me everything in writing as I had to leave town and my 87 YO widowed mother would be coming back to sign the papers after she had a few days to think it over. After calling twice to have the papers sent to me (which he never did) , when she returned a week later they worked her into a luxury package that will cost her an additional 3k over the three year lease.
