Frank sold me a vehicle a few years back. I actually had purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento from Rick case Kia before and… Frank was the sales person then as well. He is a great sales man and very helpful with me. I got another Kia Sorento and I’m very happy with it.LOVED IT!!

Before arriving I called to get a quote and was delighted to have been connected with Stacy. She was accurate with the number and… thorough with her explanation for the price. She truly worked hard to ensure that I was happy with the price and made sure to find the exact vehicle that I wanted a quote on. Going in to the dealership I was expecting to continue with Stacy but since she isn’t in sales i was redirected to Amer and I was nothing short of satisfied. Truly his patience and well rounded knowledge of KN made the hard process of choosing which car very easy. He is very friendly and makes many jokes to help the time go by faster. He was very attentive to my wants and needs from a car and reassured me that I was looking in the right direction. He sat in the car with me and explained every single feature in depth and answered all the questions I had without doubt and with a good attitude! He then pointed us in Ted’s direction for the financing part and he was also very kind. He is also very kind, humorous, and extremely intelligent. This dealership ensured that I was in and out without rushing me. Each step in this process was seamless and the best experience I could’ve asked for. Even people that were not attending me were very friendly and would make jokes as well. Overall a very amazing team that demonstrates exceptional customer service and welcoming environment. On Friday Lorenzo wasn’t available and he redirected me to Juan who was more than willing to help with what I… needed for my car. They are both very positive guys and always willing to help in any way they can.The best one stop shopping ever!

Here are what I like: easy to navigate website, nice waiting area and great people. I love how there is an actual cafe where you can buy hot… food like hotdogs and sandwiches not just coffee and vending machines. Nestor is my service advisor. He is very friendly and always keeps me posted about the service and repair process. I will come back for sure.Wonderful service by Robert.

He sent me home in a loaner with a 3-day promise but called me after one and a half. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and… helpful. I won't go anywhere else!Lorenzo and Rick Case go above and beyond!

Also they take too long to do a few things on my car so I have to make 2 more… appointments to have all the maintenance completed and the prices are just too high.All personnel very helpfull

by IA on 03/11/2025I had an appointment to get an oil change and a tire rotation at 9 AM. The very helpful service advisor told me it would be ready by 1 pm. I never understand why a scheduled appointment for an oil change. Takes five hours. When I arrive to… pick up my car, my car is not ready. He tells me it’ll be an hour or two more. We are now talking about a seven hour oil change. I had to talk to him multiple times because he kept on saying 10 minutes more and it kept on being delayed. The service advisor was quite apologetic, but Rick service department needs to do better. Not only did it take me three weeks to get it scheduled appointment for an oil change, but it took all day to get the oil changed done. When I finally received my car the windshield wiper fluid did not work, which is one of the things that he told me they would check when they did the oil change. Also, my car was dirty. You would think that if you have a customer waiting for seven hours for an oil change, you would run it through the car wash before handing it to them. If it wasn’t for the fact that I purchased a service plan, I would not be going back, but unfortunately, the service plan has been purchased and cannot be used at any other Kia dealer.Great experience

Al recogerlo lo estacionaron bajo una mata quĂ© le callo algo que lo mancho de pintas amarillas lo que tuve q volver al Fregador para q lo limpiara nuevamente. Nadie me explicĂł que le isieron… del Mantenimiento. Solo llego un muchacho despuĂ©s de pagar en caja me dio la llave y se fue tuve que llamarlo para devolver algo que habĂan dejado encima del capo. El trato que vi los clientes no fue el correcto. Si hay cámaras en el lugar revisenlas yo vivo en Hialeah y siempre llevo el carro hasta Sunrai quĂ© me queda lejos pero no volverĂ© voy a buscar algo más cerca de mi casa a ver si hay es otra cosa. Nunca he tenido esa mala reseña para ese lugar por eso es que estaba hiendo hasta hay. El personal que me atendiĂł fue bueno la muchacha q me cobro bien pero sentĂ hoy mucha agresividad y molestia en el personal
