Disappointing service

onThe customer service is poor, to order a part over the phone, they take you to 3 different persons and you end up talking to a Honda dealer, what a mess. Also they take too long to do a few things on my car so I have to make 2 more appointments to have all the maintenance completed and the prices are just too high.
