    I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a ZDX from AutoNation Acura North Orlando and I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Jordan, who not only greeted me but also… ensured I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. After speaking with Jordan, he introduced me to Mike, the Manager, who made the entire transaction seamless. What truly stood out was my experience with my sales agent, Gian. His extensive knowledge with my new ZDX and outstanding customer service skills exceeded my expectations. After a previous disappointing experience at Fountain Acura dealership, I shared my concerns with Mike, and he assured me that they would make it right—and they certainly did. Gian’s professionalism and attention to detail restored my faith. Additionally, Thomas from the finance department made the final stages of the process quick and efficient, ensuring everything was handled smoothly.   • Visit to the Parts Dept and Service

    Took too long, I purchased a battery in 2020 for my Acura RDX. It went bad without waring even though it was a 100 month battery, it only lasted 43 months. I called and was told to bring it with the receipt. I did, the cause was internal… only putting out 300 cracking amps. I went to the parts store and was told it would be a 60 40 split. I would have to pay 40% as it was 43 months old. Then I had to wait for a lot of paperwork between parts and service. When the parts person brought me a replacement, the new one had one side that was bulging out, I asked if this was normal. " There response, I am not going to argue with you, I will get you another one. I thought this was an odd response. I asked the Service Advisor, His response was " No its not normal". If I was not knowledgeable the parts staff would of let me take a new battery that was defective. 20 minutes of administration passed by. In total I was there 30 to 45 minutes to swap out a battery that I walked in with. The vehicle was at home. How long would it have been if they had installed it for me, and what would have been the charge. My expectation was it would be a 15 minute transaction. THe Survey does not give me the ability to select NA

  • Sales.good, finance uncomfortable

    We worked with Franco, Josh and Kyle all super helpful in coordinating our trade and purchase. When I didn't find the car I liked Franco offered to search the company website and get the car I wanted shipped. I didn't feel the sales… pressure and felt like he was hearing what I was saying. However once we got to the actual signing portion the finance guy was seemingly in a hurry and angry for some reason. Granted we got there an hour before close but that's sales and we drove and hour and half to get there after working a full day ourselves. He was very pushy on the warranty but I know that dealerships in general. However he was angry, short and rude. In fact immediately after signing he left. We were still loading up the new car as he walked past us (didn't thank us for our business or say anything to us) got in his car and then stopped to yell at Franco "make sure she has insurance " and then sped off. It was very odd and uncomfortable. I'm a loan officer and I get last minute folks and need to sell ancillaries as well but his service was subpar. Friendliness goes a long way in repat business and work of mouth. This might be a coaching opportunity for this guy. Otherwise our experience was good. If finance was a better experience I might give more stars. The other guys were great 5 stars!

    We had a bit of a unique problem with our 2023 MDX. And as we have become accustomed to, we experienced exceptional service from Acura AutoNation North Orlando. We have perhaps the most customer oriented service representative in the… business. Lee just did a wonderful job dealing with the unique problem with our car, but also some timing issues we were experiencing. He explained everything very well, handled the unique issues and made things as easy as possible for us. We greatly appreciate his attention to our service needs. At AutoNation Acura North Orlando, the cars are good and the service is outstanding.

  • Best of a difficult situation

    Normally our service visits have been flawless. And while this visit was a little challenging, the dealership did a good job dealing with it. The battery in our RDX was dead. When I was able to get the vehicle started, I called to see if… I could get a service appointment for a replacement. However, I was informed they were fully booked. After explaining my situation, they said they would squeeze me in. Although it took a little over 2 hours to get the new battery installed, the service department got the job done. And Lee did his usual GREAT job in providing customer service.

    I had my SUV’s first oil changed and service. My appointment was at 10am with Marcos Martinez, he always prompt and informative when dealing with customers.
