Best of a difficult situation

onNormally our service visits have been flawless. And while this visit was a little challenging, the dealership did a good job dealing with it. The battery in our RDX was dead. When I was able to get the vehicle started, I called to see if I could get a service appointment for a replacement. However, I was informed they were fully booked. After explaining my situation, they said they would squeeze me in. Although it took a little over 2 hours to get the new battery installed, the service department got the job done. And Lee did his usual GREAT job in providing customer service.
