Dealership Service Review
We worked with Franco, Josh and Kyle all super helpful in coordinating our trade and purchase. When I didn't find the car I liked Franco offered to search the company website and get the car I wanted shipped. I didn't feel the sales pressure and felt like he was hearing what I was saying. However once we got to the actual signing portion the finance guy was seemingly in a hurry and angry for some reason. Granted we got there an hour before close but that's sales and we drove and hour and half to get there after working a full day ourselves. He was very pushy on the warranty but I know that dealerships in general. However he was angry, short and rude. In fact immediately after signing he left. We were still loading up the new car as he walked past us (didn't thank us for our business or say anything to us) got in his car and then stopped to yell at Franco "make sure she has insurance " and then sped off. It was very odd and uncomfortable. I'm a loan officer and I get last minute folks and need to sell ancillaries as well but his service was subpar. Friendliness goes a long way in repat business and work of mouth. This might be a coaching opportunity for this guy. Otherwise our experience was good. If finance was a better experience I might give more stars. The other guys were great 5 stars!
