Fantastic

Came in to get my 1st service taken care of, upon arrival I was greeted by a lovey young lady by the name of Kiley Paske I told her I was in for my 5k mile service, shortly after that I was on my way to the customer lounge. 45… minutes later she calls me and tells me that my vehicle was finish. 10/10 definitely would recommend Kiley Paske as your service advisor and will be seeing her again in 5k miles.Hi Bryan, thank you for your kind review; we are happy to pass along your comments to the team here at AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park! I have typically gone to the Clearwater Toyota location in the past, and visited AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park randomly because… I needed my car serviced. I did not have an appointment, however Ryan treated me like I was a loyal customer who has been going to the dealership for years. The level of courtesy and professionalism exhibited by Ryan was greatly appreciated. He was honest and made recommendations, however he was not pushy or make me feel pressured to get services. Squealing brakes
by StevieG on 08/14/2023New brake pads installed earlier this year. Brakes began squealing, at first, when stopping the first time. Then they began squealing at every stop. Took the car back to AutoNation to identify the problem. Apparently a bad batch of brake… pads, so they replaced all four pads over a week ago. No more squealing. Wife is happy. Neighbors are happy. Makes me a happy camper. Shield repair
by MikeMcK on 08/12/2023The driver-side front fender shield slipped down on a drive. I pushed it up in place, but it was still loose. The mechanic at AutoNation did not find the problem at first, but determined it was not fixable after I pointed it out and… replacement would be over $300. I indicated I wanted a 2nd opinion and was not charged for the assessment. I took the car to a local mechanic who reinstalled the shield with the rivets still in place in less than an hour for $25.Hi, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park. Dishonest Service
by Jenali12 on 08/10/2023We bring all of our vehicles to the Toyota dealer for service and regular maintenance. The last 4 times we’ve brought our truck, they haven’t done what they’ve said they’ve done. For example, tires aren’t getting rotated and fluids not… being topped off. At this point, I don’t even know if they’re doing the oil change. It’s hard to trust them at this point. This most recent service, we scheduled a transmission flush at 8:30am. The truck was not used since 8pm the previous night and was the first stop in the morning to go to the dealer, that is 10min from us. They had the truck for 5 hours and then proceed to tell us the engine is too hot to do the transmission flush. Why wasn’t that told to us previously? Why did it take 5 hours for an oil change?Hi, we regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. Disappointed

Got It Done, But Not Really

I had previously brought it to the attention of a personal mechanic who thought the issue might have to do with a recalled part. Okay, I bring… it to the dealership. They fix 2 recalls, but that doesn't take care of the original reason it was there to begin with, the rattling sound under the steering wheel.Hi, we are disappointed to learn of your experience here at AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park, but will take this opportunity to improve. great place to purchase a vehicle

Robin went out of her way and took extra steps to meet our needs. I was so impressed I asked Robin to find… another Venza with certain hard to find options and color.
