AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park
Dealership Service Review
We bring all of our vehicles to the Toyota dealer for service and regular maintenance. The last 4 times we’ve brought our truck, they haven’t done what they’ve said they’ve done. For example, tires aren’t getting rotated and fluids not being topped off. At this point, I don’t even know if they’re doing the oil change. It’s hard to trust them at this point. This most recent service, we scheduled a transmission flush at 8:30am. The truck was not used since 8pm the previous night and was the first stop in the morning to go to the dealer, that is 10min from us. They had the truck for 5 hours and then proceed to tell us the engine is too hot to do the transmission flush. Why wasn’t that told to us previously? Why did it take 5 hours for an oil change?
