    I was in a hurry to purchase a safe, dependable used vehicle for a 2000 mile trip. I reached out to via email to Toyota Automation in Pinellas Park and quickly heard back from Janetta Green in sales. She listened to my list of must-haves, got back to me within minutes with links to 4 vehicles on the lot that met what I was looking for. I went to dealership that night and she made sure I could see the vehicles I was interested in even though they were relatively new to her lot. I was able to sign most of the paperwork that evening, they completed the rest of their servicing and detailing of the vehicle and I was able to pick up my "new" used car within 72 hours of visiting the lot. Just got back from my FL to VA round trip and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!!!

    No, I did not forget this! Having been a customer of Toyota Autonation for 15+ years, I have always been extremely satisfied. This time, however, was a total disaster. After picking up repaired vehicle, my son put $69 worth of gas in car which ended up on the gas station pavement. The car then had to be towed back to you where it was found that an O ring had not been tightened. Consequently, my son lost a week’s worth of work. He had to take my RAV4 to Georgia so he could get back to work. Mercedes was repaired and returned to me on Monday. My son must make the trip back here this weekend to return RAV4 and pick up Mercedes. A real inconvenience to both of us.

    By far, the most terrible and chaotic car buying experience I have ever had! I came in on July 1st with my own financing only to be asked over 8 times to allow them to find me financing - quite harassing, in my opinion. Arrived at 7:30am and didn’t leave until 1:00pm. In this time, I had 3 different salesmen, all with different offers for the same pre-owned vehicle. Ultimately, salesmen #3 Uesli Agastra, provided me an offer, in which I signed, only to be asked by salesmen #2 John Martz “Do you not remember signing my offer?” - zero communication between the harassing salesmen. I asked to speak to their manager, whom did actually make a clear understanding of the confusion which was solely based on the MSRP, which was never told to me. It was my first time hearing that amount. Shocking! Unprofessional environment, outside of the complete disrespect by staff. Extremely exhausting 5 1/2 hours. I finally get into my “new” car to drive off and they said I need to have my insurance updated to show the vehicle I just purchased. I had 5 1/2 hours to update this but they wait until I’m getting INTO my car to advise of this. After all of this, I later drive the car to dinner only to have the check engine light come on. To make a long dreadful story short, I am without a loaner car and I have zero support from this dealership. Toyota claimed this is a recall from Hyunda and advised me to bring my “new” car there. I called Hyundai to schedule the appointment and they said that Toyota was incorrect - no recalls on my VIN. I called Toyota back and they changed their story and said it’s only under Hyundai warranty, and Toyota won’t fix it. So I’m here with a car that has a bad Catalytic Converter and no one at Toyota is harassing me to help me figure this issue out. My appointment is near the end of this month. They left me high and dry. Nine days later - they still have not sent the EMAIL containing my draft for financing and I have a car that literally drinks a full tank of gasoline faster than I can drink a 20oz bottle of water in the Florida heat and humidity. Never again!!!

    Toyota in Pinellas Park did a great job servicing my car for its 24 month maintenance appointment. The courtesy car dropped me off and picked me up when the car was done in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is courteous and friendly. I will bring my car back there again

    I had a scheduled visit last Saturday to have back tail-light installed on my new RAV4. Arrived few minutes before appt and greeted promptly (at 8 am!) and was told it would take couple hours. Service was done in less than 2 hours!. I was impressed for both the courtesy and quickness of the service along with willingness to 'do the right thing' for the customer. shout out to Chris and Colin on my visit. you are the best!

    It wasn't even a month I landed here with family, not even a week we got SSN, before Autonation we tried to deal with other toyota dealers in the area but we got disappointed with the over-pricing on the hybrid cards. In here everyone was very professional and very determined, helped not only with auto-loan but also helped finding insurance as we only had International License. Special thanks to Jose Arellano Torres & also Al for their efforts.

    I had a great experience at Auto Nation Toyota. I was first met by Robin who helped me find a few trucks to look at. Once we settled on one we did financing. The finance guy was very helpful in getting me a good rate and term. I got a lot for my trade in and they helped me get my payments lower to what I needed. The final manager who walked me through signing was very nice and informative. I had a great experience and will recommend people to check out Auto Nation Toyota of Pinellas.

    It was an easy in and out for an oil change and a multi-point inspection. I also asked for a front end alignment that was ultimately deemed unnecessary. I continue to have full confidence in Auto Nation Toyota. They have served me well for all of my Toyotas for the past 7 years. Big operation great service!

    I had a great experience at AutoNation Toyota in Pinellas Park. I worked with Jay Austin who was extremely helpful and readily communicated what was happening throughout the process. I had to wait for my car to arrive and in the meantime, Jay ensured that I would have a vehicle to use so that my schedule was not impacted. All in all, I am very satisfied with my experience.

    Went to drop off vehicle, waited over 15 min for service person to come out after asking valet if he was a serv advisor - all other vehicles after me were taken care of .. then serv advisor came out & said he was helping my SA out.. when they told me what happened & not covered by warranty.. my SA got on phone, distracted, said price was $839.xx & when I went to pick up, bill was over $1000.xx Kind of in shock, luckily I found a 15% discount on service @ home b4 I picked up… don’t know why Toyota continues to use soy based covering on wires, same happened on my 2007 Tundra, when Ford & other major mfgrs quit using… i guess the Big $$ amount for service is why

    Took my car in for service and they were outstanding. Brakes, wipers, front axle were all taken care of timely and effectively. Ordered me a Lyft home and then to pick me up once it was completed. The rep I worked with was able to make sure the axle was cost free and covered under the warrantee as well.
