Got It Done, But Not Really

I brought my truck in for an issue with a rattling sound going on underneath the steering wheel. I had previously brought it to the attention of a personal mechanic who thought the issue might have to do with a recalled part. Okay, I bring it to the dealership. They fix 2 recalls, but that doesn't take care of the original reason it was there to begin with, the rattling sound under the steering wheel.
