Buyer beware
by Lightpockets on 10/24/2023Dealer personnel played the shell game with me and won. I attempted to negotiate an additional $500 for my trade, which dealer agreed to. However, at signing, dealer simply added $500 to my banks payoff figure and couldn’t or wouldn’t… explain why. Unfortunately this stuff still goes on.Hi, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park. Got the appointment scheduled right away and I was able to wait while they got the new key programed. Disappointing
by jddevil on 10/21/2023Very disappointed in service. Got the invoice wrong. Over charged after reminding several times of a coupon. Felt like the dealership was trying to get one over on me. To make matter worse waited over 2 and a half hrs. I had to actually… go the the counter to check on my car. My invoice was at the bottom of other paperwork and looked like the car was done much earlier but i was forgotten.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. First annual check up
by Tacoma owner on 10/17/2023The service on my vehicle went well I had one issue with the blind side monitoring unit randomly shutting off and the service team took it into the shop to do a computer diagnostics and found nothing. Also took it for a three mile test… run and nothing. I’m satisfied with them looking into it and happy it wasn’t a major issue. So far so good. One minor issue was that I asked to include the paint protection, film arm for the hood, fenders mirror backs and door cups.… Unfortunately, that was not done when I picked up the vehicle. Zero Customer Help. Car had Defects when sold
by Dissatisfied on 10/12/2023The car was sold without verifying that all items within the vehicle were in good working order. After a couple of days after purchase, we found that the radio was broken and several of the features did not work. The sales rep, Eyad, had… no idea how to handle it. (All he cared about was the sale, not the customer) The sales manager Ed gave a lot of talk. The sales manager would NEVER answer his phone or call back after leaving repeated messages. Finally, after discussions in person, the sales manager agreed in writing to have a side letter of agreement to correct the issue. The corrective action of the new radio was then handed over the service manager. The service manager was called repeatedly. Numerous messages were left and he would not return a call. Even though promises were made, it took nearly 8 weeks to get it corrected. A radio was ordered, but it arrived broken. The second radio took 3 weeks to arrive. Since the vehicle was in another city, another AutoNation was contracted to have it installed. I will never buy another vehicle from AutoNation Pineallas Park. They take your money and give you NO customer service. A complete hassle. Stay away.5k service

Professional and fast
by Tacoma guy on 10/09/2023I’ve been coming back for maintenance here for years. Everyone is always very nice and professional. While the work is being done on my Tacoma, I get to enjoy free high quality coffee in a clean and comfortable waiting area with free Wi-Fi.… Then after the service is done(which is usually faster than the time quoted), I return to my truck in a covered air conditioned waiting area. They use floor mat and seat covers when they transport it and the valets are very nice when they being the truck around. All round 5 star service experience. I get that this is something that comes with the dealership, but...… I got two texts from different people asking to sell my car. I replied to one, did not receive anything back. Then got a man at my window asking as well. One time in a previous appointment, I get multiple people trying at my window while I wait...
