    I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. I believe that they work very hard to give you the best deal possible and to fit your needs. I looked at other vehicles a few times at this dealership and the deals just didn't work out for me but I still feel that they did their best.

    Brought my Highlander in for regular service and as always, it was a wonderful experience. The service manager even help me with a large scratch on my door and was able to make it disappear! I just love these guys!

  • Why take appointements

    Had an appointment for noon, waited about 10 mins if not longer for anyone to come over to me since there was two bay lines full of cars. Was offered a free tire rotation for the inconvenience. I was at the place for about 1.45 if not a little longer. I understand it's a Saturday, and its busier buy why make so many appointments if you can't handle the load timely. Pay my bill which seemed a bit high for an oil change but then again, I didn't know the price beforehand so I can't say if the rotation was free or not, only seen a credit for $20 on my invoice. Get in my car and my passenger front seat is reclined all the way back. Which seems a bit odd as no one should be in my front passenger seat. Contents in my console seem to be rubbished through, but I don't keep anything important there so no biggie but would like to know why someone would need to touch my passenger seat to the point of needing to recline it all the way back during an oil change.

    We were very happy with our experience at Auto Nation. We were not even sure we were going to purchase a vehicle that day, as we had already been to a couple other dealerships and was just trying to explore our options. Nick was very nice and professional and we felt at ease with him. He was patient, not pushy and we felt he was really trying to make sure we got a car that we really wanted. Yassine was also easy & polite to work with in regard to financing options, etc. All in all, it was a great experience. Car buying can be daunting and they made it go smoothly.

    Best time I ever spent at a car dealership. My wife purchased a Pre Cert Camry. Zahid was our sales person. He took the time to review every item the vehicle had and answered all her questions. He went above and beyond to be sure she was happy with the vehicle and the deal she had gotten. We did spend sometime at the facility, but he made us as comfortable as could be while checking the trade in and financing. I also want to mention John the sales mgr. He was very friendly and guided us to Zahid. I will recommend this dealer to anyone in need of vehicle.

  • They sold me a BROKEN Car and would not fix it

    I purchased a 2013 Cadillac which was actually a 2012. I brought the car in 2 days after purchasing to let them know about a steering issue. After the forth time bringing it in to resolve the issue I was told that they where not going to fix the issue as they already put $3000. dollars into the car. I was told not to worry it would be fixed and it was not. this is very unfair to me and know I am stuck with a car that could be dangerous. I was told that I was able to get a warranty and then was told that they made a mistake and I was not able to get a warranty. I also asked them to please not include a maintenance package and I was charged over $2000.00 dollars for something I did not want to purchase. I am still waiting for a refund after 3 months. I do not understand why they have done this to me as I am a very kind person and I have been very patient. The car dealer was very nice, but I was promised that everything would be fine and taken care of, but it was not. Please be cautious when purchasing a vehicle because I do not want this to happen to another person.

  • Bought a small SUV

    Jay Austin was very pleasant to work with. I wanted a second hand low mileage small SUV and he found it for me in a 2022 Corolla Crossover. It’s very nice. Obviously a downgrade from my2017 Avalon with leather seats but I actually no longer want leather seats in the blazing Florida sunshine. Easy to drive great display and nicely tinted windows. Great gas mileage.

    The recwnt purchase of my car was the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Luca my sales person was helpful, friendly and did not pressure. I came in pre-approved and Bryan in finance was able to beat my banks rate, the signing process was quick, easy and honest. I recommend Toyota Auto Nation if you want a hassle free, no pressure experience buying a car.

We ordered a 2023 RAV4 Woodland Edition and it arrived as promised by our sales person Robin Dunn. Everything went smoothly and our experience with Robin was A+. The RAV4 Hybrid is also a winner!     My experience at AutoNation was very pleasant. Going to the dealership for service you know it will probably cost you. However the thorough service and care the representatives have was incredible and made the price "blow" a lot softer. Thank you Rayn, who was my rep'. He worked with me since my car is not under warranty anymore 😔, he answered all my questions (and I understood the answers too 😁). Not only Toyota is the smartest automobile choice but the service of Toyota is the cherry on top. Worth the money, now I am not afraid taking my car the dealership 😂. *Sorry for all the emojis, they help me to make a point.

    My service advisor was Hope. I felt comfortable with her from the get go. She listened and addressed my concerns. Hope is the third advisor I have had and far most the best I have dealt with. My issue is with all the brake problems on the 2011 Prius.

    I would have to say after 40 years of purchasing vehicles, this was probably one of the easiest new vehicle transactions I made. I felt I received a good deal with my trade in and new vehicle purchase. The sales and financing staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and not at all aggressive with their sales approach. I basically made the deal via emails and texts. I would definitely purchase another vehicle through this car dealership.

    I took my vehicle in a 2021 Tacoma pickup truck with only 18,000 miles on it for the 1999 oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle was in there just a few months ago for service and only had a little over 1500 miles put on the truck. When it was in there prior to this visit everything was in the green nobody said anything about any air filter, cabin filter or my truck needing an alignment. However, today I go in and because I had the 19.99 special I was told that I needed an air filter, Kevin filter and my front end is in out of alignment and it would be $169.95 for an alignment. I asked Kylie to explain to me how the tires are out of alignment when they looked fine to me when I brought them in and ask her to explain to me where they're wearing and she said they're wearing on the outside. My only complaint about going in there for your specials when you offer them is that once you get a customer like me an older woman in there who really knows nothing about her vehicle she would feel as though she's pushed or pressured into getting these things done to the tune of $169.95 for an alignment $69 for a air filter and $49 for cabin filter. I take very good care of my vehicles and they are always in there when the need arrives for something to be taken care of. Little disappointed in AutoNation for using the $19.95 special to try to milk more money out of your customers. When I obtained all of my paperwork from Kylie the only indication on my paperwork was I believe a cabin filter, I don't have that paperwork in front of me. However, everything else was all in the green area. When it came to tires and the paperwork nothing was in the yellow or red column indicating that it needed to be taken care of and there were no comments on my paperwork saying that I needed a front end alignment. For this reason I would not refer any of my friends to use AutoNation Toyota for your $19.95 special. I use a $9.95 special for my 2018 Toyota 4Runner and again the same thing happened. I would recommend a friend to AutoNation to purchase a vehicle but not for service. I asked Kylie to have the gentleman check the air pressure in the spare tire under the truck since I'm an older woman and cannot get under the truck like I used to be able to she said she would however they only checked the air pressure in the tires and did not check the air pressure as nothing was indicated the tire pressure in the spare tire, but I had 32 lb air pressure in all four of my tires that hit the pavement.
