Dealer personnel played the shell game with me and won. I attempted to negotiate an additional $500 for my trade, which dealer agreed to. However, at signing, dealer simply added $500 to my banks payoff figure and couldn’t or wouldn’t explain why. Unfortunately this stuff still goes on.
