Dealership Sales Review
The car was sold without verifying that all items within the vehicle were in good working order. After a couple of days after purchase, we found that the radio was broken and several of the features did not work. The sales rep, Eyad, had no idea how to handle it. (All he cared about was the sale, not the customer) The sales manager Ed gave a lot of talk. The sales manager would NEVER answer his phone or call back after leaving repeated messages. Finally, after discussions in person, the sales manager agreed in writing to have a side letter of agreement to correct the issue. The corrective action of the new radio was then handed over the service manager. The service manager was called repeatedly. Numerous messages were left and he would not return a call. Even though promises were made, it took nearly 8 weeks to get it corrected. A radio was ordered, but it arrived broken. The second radio took 3 weeks to arrive. Since the vehicle was in another city, another AutoNation was contracted to have it installed. I will never buy another vehicle from AutoNation Pineallas Park. They take your money and give you NO customer service. A complete hassle. Stay away.
