Disappointing

onVery disappointed in service. Got the invoice wrong. Over charged after reminding several times of a coupon. Felt like the dealership was trying to get one over on me. To make matter worse waited over 2 and a half hrs. I had to actually go the the counter to check on my car. My invoice was at the bottom of other paperwork and looked like the car was done much earlier but i was forgotten.
