  • Very disappointed

    To start the appointment situation was a mess, there’s no list of appointments and walk ins! They do not know why I was there for even tho I do the online check in on time! When they “finish” supposedly doing the work shows on the invoice they give me I check it was a tire rotation on it. By my surprise the tire I mark was in the same side! When I asked them the person in the check in told me Yes is there and I td Him, well it was not done because I mark the tire and it is in the same place! Very disappointed because how i know that the oil change was perform as they said they did??

  • Horrible service department

    I went to get an oil change had an appointment and my light was on for the rear axle. They made me wait there for five hours. They forgot about me. I kept asking and they said my car was in service and they misplaced my car and never came to me and told me anything I thought my car was getting fixed, they could not fix my car and they gave me a rental and when I went to the rental place they didn’t have any cars and I had to miss work very poor service department. They said it would take one hour but it took 5 1/2 hours.

  • Terrible service

    In my case I feel scammed, very bad service, I feel very dissatisfied, I went to have the tires rotated, and they checked a noise from my RAM truck (only 28 thousand miles). They told me that the Mechanic was going to give it a spin to listen to the noise but they never did. After 4 days of not receiving information, I approached them and realized that the mileage was completely the same and that they had never rotated the tires, until I went and demanded that they at least rotate the tires. THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE WARRANTY, TERRIBLE SERVICE. In addition to this they say that they return the car washed, which is another of the many lies. Think twice before investing in Autonation

  • Too Long to Fix

    The estimated repair completion date was extended 3 times. It would be nice to have daily calls to the customer informing of the vehicle status. Whether good or bad news, keeping the customer informed is always appreciated. I would like to know how many hours; how many techs were paid for the work on the vehicle as Labor cost seems excessive.

    Vehicle was in shop for almost 7 months for warranty repair which parts were available for. Once vehicle was returned - rear bumper and front fender were scratched and dented.

  • Hell dealing with Service Center

    I dont even know where to begin, other then don't purchase here. I purchashed this jeep in end of November 2022, already had major issues by 6 months into the purchase. One of the most heartbreaking and frustrating experiences I've ever experienced. No one answers calls, not even the manager overseeing the whole service dept. They took nearly 2 months for a engine mount, even though my partner and I implored everyone that this was not the issue. They finally return the vehicle to me and within a minute of the jeep running, the same issue occurred!! I wouldnt wish this on my enemies. For the love of all that is holey - save yourself the headache and take your money elsewhere.

  • Two weeks for a simple repair

  • Car has not been service yet!

    I went in May for a recall for my 2015 dodge dart. They first said the part is on backorder they will call when it arrived to set an appointment to bring it in. No call. I went sometime in June then they said the part is here they schedule my car and I left it for 2 weeks. My car was never touched and no phone call. I went back physically to speak with I believe Darrell he then explained that my car is in queue and I'm like 4 cars behind. I won't get serviced until after 4th of July. Haven't got a call yet... will go back in a week to see when the recall will get done.

    • Everyone was so nice and the manager took care of me personally. Great job by the staff. The only thing I find very frustrating is, we still have the same problem that we bought it in for. They just keep telling us that Jeep knows about the problem and is coming out with an update. That's all great, but when? No body has a answer for that, that's the frustrating part about the whole thing. The last time I left the dealership, I was under the impression that everything thing was fixed, but apparently I was wrong. I wasted a 1/4 of my day waiting for them to fix 2 recalls and the problem that I originally brought it in for. Still no answer when Jeep will fix the problem.
