Nice experience and I was treated very nice. The only issue my wife and I is, we still have the same problem that we bought the car in for.

Everyone was so nice and the manager took care of me personally. Great job by the staff. The only thing I find very frustrating is, we still have the same problem that we bought it in for. They just keep telling us that Jeep knows about the problem and is coming out with an update. That's all great, but when? No body has a answer for that, that's the frustrating part about the whole thing. The last time I left the dealership, I was under the impression that everything thing was fixed, but apparently I was wrong. I wasted a 1/4 of my day waiting for them to fix 2 recalls and the problem that I originally brought it in for. Still no answer when Jeep will fix the problem.
