  • Horrible experience

    The worst service ever. They want to charge $495 to look at my hood latch. Then tell me it was a broken cable. Then they told me I should replace my brake pads and that was not needed. Then they wanted to charge me an additional $495 to look at the springs on my front end. Talk to Cesar and it was like talking to a wall. Then the manager called me to smooth things over and gave me lip service. Worthless call with the manager. Never go back. I’m in the market for a 550SL. Not at that dealer!!!!

    I paid $3,914 for service only to have to sell my car 2 days later because they wanted over $14,000 to repair. This is HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! In the words of a wise woman and I quote: "You will never win playing dirty!" I even tried to sell the car that needed the repair and was told I wouldn't get anything for it. I'm at peace because I was honest and forthright about the situation with my car. I appreciate Ignacio, and Bryan the service manager; Austin on the other hand leaves alot to be desired. My mother always told me if you have nothing good to say about a person don't say anything at all so therefore that's all I'm going to say about him, needs alot of training on being Respectful!!

    Amazing service, VIP treatment. The dealer even arranged an UBER so that i didn't need to wait. They gave me a good discounted package and the service quality was top notch . I am overall content with everything i have seen in that dealership

    Very good service advisor, Carlos. But, overall communication from the dealer needs to improve. Some parts were not available. I still have no idea when they are coming. And, apparently neither do they. I can only say nice things about the pick up / drop off.

    Not sure if job wasndone properly. I left my c300 becasuse some alterts were on dash. I immediately took it to service. They turned off the car. Said 2 days later nothing wrong was foind. In the scanner usially there is a back up of the warnings. This creats me uncinfidence.

    As usual, the service visit was perfect. The service representative, Rafael, was courteous, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. He was fast and precise. I didn't have to spend an extra minute on the visit. He eliminates the inconvenience of taking the car to the dealership for service. This gentleman is the gold standard of customer service.
