Horrible experience

onThe worst service ever. They want to charge $495 to look at my hood latch. Then tell me it was a broken cable. Then they told me I should replace my brake pads and that was not needed. Then they wanted to charge me an additional $495 to look at the springs on my front end. Talk to Cesar and it was like talking to a wall. Then the manager called me to smooth things over and gave me lip service. Worthless call with the manager. Never go back. I’m in the market for a 550SL. Not at that dealer!!!!
