I spent almost two weeks over the phone after my first visit trying to figure out numbers… and finding the color I wanted and style and also dealing with other financial matters he was awesome very patient and never gave up on finding a solution for me to be able to leave with the car I wanted he even came to pick me on Super Bowl day because I couldn't get a ride but he had the car i wanted he drove far to get me in the middle of the game and i left with the car i wanted and am very happy Thank you Javier Garcia you made by first new purchase experience one to remember in a very good way.HEAVENLY RIDE ON FOUR WHEELS

The salesperson was attentive, very informative, not pushy, a complete gentleman. The sales manager was… friendly, attentive, very diligent in finding exactly what we wanted and he went out of his way to make our dream a reality. The transaction was handled with complete ease, the truck was waiting, totally cleaned with all the options selected. I would recommend them to everyone. Even had free hot dogs and burgers when visiting to pick up some documents. How can you go wrong?Great Experience

Which when we decided to buy one the Escape was on the list. We purchased a 2014 Titanium model with all… the features we love it! I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a small SUV. We came in, everything was as promised. Professional is the word that comes to… mind. Needless to say, I will buy my next truck there.BE CAREFUL
by tahoe33325 on 02/16/2009I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. So far I have had the WORST customer service of my life. I am very pleased with the vehicle, but this dealer is HORRIBLE. The advertised internet price through AutroTrader.com was one… thing. They ended up charging me $$375 more than the listed internet price AND an additional $1279 for a DVD system they told me was INCLUDED in the price. I was there 2 different days for about 6 hours each. By the time I got to the final signing I was tired and extremely frustrated. I guess that's what they were banking on. They got me tired and frustrated and I let my guard down. A mistake I wont make again. I understand that it's my fault for signing the final price, but it would be nice to at least get a call back from these people. I needed to make an appointment to get the DVD player installed as it was missing. No one ever called as they promised. I called multiple times and no one called me back. I had to call and call and finally got someone after about 4 days. I got an appointment. I went into the dealer and the lady tells me I have to leave and she'll call me the next day because she doesn't have anyone there to do the kind of installation I need. This place is a good 30 minutes from my home and having to drive all the way there for NOTHING was ridiculous. She never called me back and I had to call and call to get a response. My husband ended up calling to complain and was able to speak to the customer service manager. She said she had to speak to everyone involved (not sure why as all he wanted was answers as to why we were being charged for a dvd player that was "included" in the price). No one has called back. Now, I can't get ANYONE to call me back to give me answers. I have left message after message for the finance manager, the customer relations manager, AND the general manager. Nothing. This is the most ridiculous customer service I've ever heard of. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. It is such a shame. I am so happy with the car itself, but I can't even enjoy it. Everyday when I see the hole in the headliner where the dvd is missing it reminds me of this horrible experience. Maybe someone will call me back. But at this point I'm preparing for further action. Don't use this dealer unless you plan on never speaking to them again once they've made their sale.Total disaster
by laughalot48 on 02/15/2008I was disgusted with my dealings with Maroone Ford. I was cheated and lied to. After buying a used Hyundai at their big Dolphin Stadium sale last November (2007) I took it for an oil change (routine oil and lube) to my local mechanic. I… asked him why the revs where irregularly high upon changing gear to be informed it needed four engine mounts and two new axles. A total of almost $2000.00 worth of repairs. This was two months after driving the car off their lot. They told me (Maroones used car sales manager) that I was one day too late for their two month guarantee. They did however offer me the exchange of my vehicle for another vehicle of similar value at their next Dolphin stadium sale. Very nice I thought. The sales man agreed to meet me at 9 am on Friday 15th Feb 2008. I was on time and enthused to find new wheels. He showed up an hour and a half late, unapologetic and while waiting not one other salesmen would come near me. So we did the tour of the cars. My original purchase was window sticker priced at $7900.00 (although I negotiated a final price of $6000.00 tax and plate included). So I thought it reasonable I find a car of similar price. I did. A 2001 Jeep Cherokee sport with 40,000 more miles than my critically sick Hyundai. They had assured me that the deal was straight exchange. They take back my lemon, I drive off in the new choice with some paperwork completed. Once selected I am informed there is no one on site, their biggest sale remember, to authorise the exchange and that their used car manager, the man who proposed all this, would be there sooner of later. I didn't wait. I simply requested that my sales men finalize matters with the manager upon his arrival and phone to let me know when to come and complete the transaction. Phone he did. To tell me how happy they would be to complete the transaction as long as I came up with an additional $2000.00. Shameless frauds, typical of the old school of car salesmen. [violative content deleted] and [violative content deleted], making promises with no intention of keeping them. Stay away. They are [violative content deleted].How to retract a comment he asked? Maroone came through. Upon sharing my experience with their general manager I received a call assuring me the deal was to be done with the Jeep as promised. Saturday morning I showed up with the 'old' and drove off an hour and a half later with the 'new'. The Jeep needed an oil change and some other minor adjustments (nosy electric window, slight pull to the left and less than cold a/c). To my utter amazement and delight they invited me to bring it in Monday morning to get these things fixed at their expense. Instead of losing a customer who would have bad-mouthed them forever they have made a customer for life. An amazing turn around for which I am truly thankful.Delete Comment

He was so patient answering all of my questions about each model to make sure I selected the right car for me. Once I decided on the car I wanted, the dealership had… to search to find the exact one I wanted but that is the benefit of buying from AutoNation because of their large selection and network of stores. Everyone I met at the dealership including the GM Hector and Finance person Shonna were very nice, courteous and I never felt rushed to make a decision like they couldn't wait for me to hand over my $. Thank you AutoNation Ford Miami for another easy car buying experience. I'll be back for my third car in a few years!Poor service
by jar25 on 11/17/2013updated 06/03/2025My daughter, a 19 years old, went to the Autonation Ford of Miami service department on Nov 16, 2013 because she noticed a noise when she went over speed bumps in her 2006 Ford Explorer. Since we had an extended warranty that I bought at… this dealer, I instructed her to get the car inspected. First, she was told that inspecting the car and diagnosed the problem it will cost her $125.00 which she refused to pay because she knew that under the warranty the maximum you will pay for any repair is $100. Then they told her that it would take 1.5 hours to diagnose the problem (She saw a group of mechanics chatting in waiting area like they did not have any assignments).Then the service advisor said that they could not work in her car because it was Saturday and they could not contact the extended warranty department (although this is the dealer who sold me the warranty). The light of the tire pressure was on so my daughter asked to put air in the tires. They brought the car back without doing anything, did not put air in the tires and did not inspect the truck just to make sure that there was a safety issue that could cause a major problem. I called to complaint to the manager and he said that the light of the tire pressure was intermittent which indicate a problem with the system. I asked if he checked the tires with a tire pressure gauge and he said that the service advisor visually checked the car and did not see any problem with the tires! When my daughter got home I check the tire pressure light and it was solid red (the service manager just lie) and the front right tire has 20 PSI. In my 20 years of Ford ownership I had never had such a bad experience. This service department did not have regard for the safety of a young client that could have a serious problem but maybe because it was Saturday; it was too much an inconvenience.Jar, our goal is to have all our customers happy and proud to be part of the AutoNation Ford Miami family so we are sorry to hear that your daughter had this experience.
