I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. So far I have had the WORST customer service of my life. I am very pleased with the vehicle, but this dealer is HORRIBLE. The advertised internet price through AutroTrader.com was one thing. They ended up charging me $$375 more than the listed internet price AND an additional $1279 for a DVD system they told me was INCLUDED in the price. I was there 2 different days for about 6 hours each. By the time I got to the final signing I was tired and extremely frustrated. I guess that's what they were banking on. They got me tired and frustrated and I let my guard down. A mistake I wont make again. I understand that it's my fault for signing the final price, but it would be nice to at least get a call back from these people. I needed to make an appointment to get the DVD player installed as it was missing. No one ever called as they promised. I called multiple times and no one called me back. I had to call and call and finally got someone after about 4 days. I got an appointment. I went into the dealer and the lady tells me I have to leave and she'll call me the next day because she doesn't have anyone there to do the kind of installation I need. This place is a good 30 minutes from my home and having to drive all the way there for NOTHING was ridiculous. She never called me back and I had to call and call to get a response. My husband ended up calling to complain and was able to speak to the customer service manager. She said she had to speak to everyone involved (not sure why as all he wanted was answers as to why we were being charged for a dvd player that was "included" in the price). No one has called back. Now, I can't get ANYONE to call me back to give me answers. I have left message after message for the finance manager, the customer relations manager, AND the general manager. Nothing. This is the most ridiculous customer service I've ever heard of. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. It is such a shame. I am so happy with the car itself, but I can't even enjoy it. Everyday when I see the hole in the headliner where the dvd is missing it reminds me of this horrible experience. Maybe someone will call me back. But at this point I'm preparing for further action. Don't use this dealer unless you plan on never speaking to them again once they've made their sale.
