    I have the most horrible experience. I took my car to be serviced for A/C problems they said I have the Dealership warranty plus I have extended warranty fine So they said it will not cost me anything fine. They said they have fixed the problem I came in for . Almost in two months I have the same problem with the A/C which they claim they fixed. I took back the car to them which they should have fixed the first time the service guy who is taking care of my car now said I have a different problem which is the Temperature sensor not working so why didn’t they address it the first time and now I have to pay a diagnostic fee and labor which is not covered under the warranty. I won’t be going back there. They are so dishonest,

    The service department fixed my transmission (under warranty) without hassle. However upon receiving my vehicle back there were several issues that required me to bring my vehicle back. Jose and Drew both did a great job of making sure things were fixed the right way. Drew gave me a loaner vehicle and even covered the cost of a new battery as mine died as a result of the truck sitting for an extended period. Both Drew and Jose were fast to respond to any concerns I had and in the end, all is working great! Thank you Drew and Jose for going above and beyond to make sure things were right. Highly recommend!

    I was disappointed with this service experience. I was told the parts were available for my recall when I made my appointment at 7:00am the following morning. After two hours waiting, I was told that the parts had to be ordered and they would arrive in two days. I waited a week, no one called me back, so I called back to find out parts were on backorder. Parts showed up a month later no one called and notified me. I had to continue to follow up. I've traveled out of the area to use Margate Ford due to their great passed service. They need to work on better communication skills with the customer. All new faces, looks like they need to spend time on training the service writers,

    Each associate, from internet contact all the way through finance, was top notch and straight forward. Upon arrival at dealership, I was greeted by my sales associate immediately, and that was quickly followed up by meeting the Sales Manager. I mean this place does it right. Great pricing and no BS, very easy to get along with and they do everything possible to make the buying experience pleasant, and they succeed at it. Have purchased many a vehicle over the years, but this by far tops them all.

    Brought my car in for service on 4 different issues, including a faulty door latch. I have a service contract with a third party, who gave me resistance on the door latch claim. My assigned service advisor, Shomari, was very patient and went beyond what I would expect to help me deal with the service contract company. Even though the door latch issue was not resolved, I left with a properly repaired and nicely cleaned car. Thank you Shomari.

    I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was helped immediately by Jose (service man) and sent into the waiting room while my vehicle was attended to. I waited approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes and my car was finished.

    Service advisor Nate very courteous. Waited 3+ hours, having an 8:30 oil change appt. Said I needed to replace brake shoes/pads & machine the drums/rotors. Paid over $550 with points credit but didn’t even get a complimentary car wash! Note: I would've answered yes/no questions with “I don’t know.”

    Don't waste your time with these people, they put their ads online for a car and when you arrive after driving 45 minutes, they tell you, I'm sorry, the car you wanted was sold 15 minutes ago and they try to sell you another one that isn't even similar. I spoke from the day before my appointment with ANTONIO MAYTIN, and he never informed me that the car was sold, he sent me 3 emails confirming the appointment, and the next day before leaving my house to go to the dealer, I let him know that I was driving and He still answered that he was waiting for me, without telling me that the car was no longer in his lot. Completely wasted my time!!

    I dropped off my car at 9 am for 4 tires. They had two tires in stock, had to order two more from Miramar. Lyft took me home. I was told car would be ready around 1. At 4 i called and the two tires had not been delivered so someone had to pick them up. I got my car around 6;30. A long time to get 4 new tires. Andrew, my service rep did his best. Something along the line got messed up and i8 was without a car for the day. I got a good price on the tires and the service was great except for the glitch in getting the two other tires. I still like autonation. Andrew is the best.
