Not the excellent service I experienced in the past.

onI was disappointed with this service experience. I was told the parts were available for my recall when I made my appointment at 7:00am the following morning. After two hours waiting, I was told that the parts had to be ordered and they would arrive in two days. I waited a week, no one called me back, so I called back to find out parts were on backorder. Parts showed up a month later no one called and notified me. I had to continue to follow up. I've traveled out of the area to use Margate Ford due to their great passed service. They need to work on better communication skills with the customer. All new faces, looks like they need to spend time on training the service writers,
