Oil change/brake pads

Service advisor Nate very courteous. Waited 3+ hours, having an 8:30 oil change appt. Said I needed to replace brake shoes/pads & machine the drums/rotors. Paid over $550 with points credit but didn’t even get a complimentary car wash! Note: I would've answered yes/no questions with “I don’t know.”

Re your ?s: How can I judge the quality of the work you did & whether or not it was timely or fairly priced?
if you're going to offer a car wash, it's too late now!
