Nothing Short of Awesome
by LJBassford on 03/29/2025From the moment we arrived everyone was polite and friendly. Jorge Pronto was so knowledgeable about the CRV-EXL and answered all of our questions with expertise. As we were talking with Jorge, Chad Reed (Sales Manager) came over to… introduce himself, which we thought was very professional and nice. Once I decided to go forward and lease, Jorge was able to meet my financial needs for the lease. He explained everything and then went over the Personalized Settings Worksheet explaining some of the features of the CRV-EXL. We then met with Terry Abrams (Business Manager) to complete all the paperwork for the lease. He too was very polite and answered any questions I had on the lease. Space Coase Honda is not only the best Dealership in Florida that we've been to, but the best dealership we've ever dealt with! Jorge, James and Chad were nothing short of awesome! Unfortunately that didnt work out, but Darnell Johnson, who was always beyond patient with me, showed me a new Civic Coupe. The perfect car for my… lifestyle! Darnell was never pushy and was there truly to set me up with my special car. And financing with Justin-easy peasy! Had us out of there in half the time of other dealerships. Explaining carefully and diligently the terms of the contract and chosen maintenance items. Would I buy another car from Space Coast Honda? Of course! But not too soon, because it is a !HONDA! Special thanks to the others who made this purchase very nice.The best experience I've ever had!

I've been to other dealerships and hadn't ever gotten the vibe that I'd gotten… here. I definitely recommend this dealership, they'll help you and won't give you the run around. They mean what they say and say what they mean!Deception
by michael238 on 07/10/2016Internet Buyers beware! I went on the internet to find a 2017 Ridgeline RTL and I found them at many auto dealers. I clicked on each ones internet pricing quotes and only Space coast responded back with the pricing, everyone else responding… said I need to come in to see the sales person. So I thought I finally found an auto dealer that is upfront and wont play games. So I called Will the internet manager and told him I am ready to come see the truck. He was very pleasant and showed my wife and I the truck and let us take a test drive. Everything was great. It was the exact truck I had asked for pricing. The same Vin #, color and accessories etc... So then started the price explanation that the truck cost more than the price that was sent over the internet. Will said because of the extra accessories that this price was few thousand more then quoted. I still had the email with the price showing the exact truck with 62 photos with which you can see the accessories on the truck as well as them listed in the info. This was exactly the truck I asked for the internet pricing. Will began to explain that in the email at the bottom it states that the truck quote would not necessarily be the same because of additional accessories. Yes there is a statement about colors, vehicle trim, options etc.. could change the price. I would understand if they had put the basic truck without the extras on the site. I believe it be misleading and deceiving to their potential clients to advertise a truck with more options and then tell you a price for that vehicle that they have no intentions of honoring. Needless to say they did honor the price they quoted me. It is a shame that they feel the need to deceive their potential clients. So again I say buyer beware! If they had quoted the price they offered after I got there when they sent the pricing, I am sure I would have bought the truck. Honesty and Integrity will get my business not deception!Worst Car Dealership Experience Ever

The tactics employed by the staff at Space Coast, is outdated and shady. Why would a dealership… waste prospective customers time, with cheap sales strategies, that are unnecessary. by abccars on 05/24/2016I got a fair deal on my trade, it's was a great low mileage car that I traded, and my bottom line out the the door was what I felt it should be, but 3K better that other nearby dealers, mostly due to the trade in. the car cleaned and ready… to that night even though it meant several employees stayed late.My New Car

by insulted55 on 09/13/2015Steven at Space Coast Honda seemed nice enough at first. He willingly, if not with enthusiasm, accompanied me on a test drive of a 2015 Civic SE. Although he did not seem to know much about the car beyond what one could figure out in 20… minutes, he did point out some of the new features on that model. The issue came when we sat down to look at pricing and finance. At first, he seemed very certain that he could "get me into this car" and was very attentive and friendly. When he left to speak with his finance dept. he came back with a completely different demeanor. He seemed dis interested. He went on to loudly proclaim that my credit score was too low to even think about this vehicle and then loudly proclaimed my credit score with other customers in earshot! (My credit is over 700) He then brought over his "leasing guy" Doug, who stood over me and basically yelled at me about leasing for five minutes all while Steven leaned back in his chair continuing to be disinterested. The whole vibe in this dealership put me off. I understand that as a car salesman, more time with customers that will buy right now makes you more money, but this was rude. If you need to point me to your "customer service awards" for me to think you have great customer service, you're doing it wrong.Awesome experience

by KKennedy55 on 12/17/2014We purchased a vehicle for my stepson and the experience was awful. We did a cash deal so you would think it would have been easy...NOT so fast. It all started with the young sales guy we had and he was awesome...then he wasn't able to be… there the day of purchase. We then had to deal with the "General Manager"(who turned out to be the used car manager) and then the issues started. He talked very fast and loud and told us that we were good to go with our agreement and stipulations we had to have for our stepson since he is in the Navy. Then the finance guy came out who was very smug towards us and said most of the stuff we agreed upon couldn't happen. Then finally we got the deal done and then other issues came up. It has taken 2 months for us to get the tag for the car...but that only happened after I went to the dealership and spoke with Will( he had nothing to do with the initial deal) about what was going on. He tracked down what was going on and was able to get our tag to us. There is a serious lack of communication at this dealership along with personal attention to detail. We had purchased 2 other vehicles from this dealership about 1 1/2 years prior with no issues and a great financial guy. We will not purchase another vehicle from here until changes are made. Don't get me wrong...the salesman was great...upper management and finance guy not so much !!!!Deceitful practices
by jjz5 on 11/21/2014The Sales Manager (Fil) and Salesman (Will) lied to me regarding the vehicle I test drove. They told me the Sports Model and EXL were the same vehicle but the Sports Model didn't have a sunroof so it cost less. I test drove it and asked… why it was a hard ride and was told it was only because the car only had 3 miles on it and it was sitting. Unfortunately, I take the stupidity award because I believed them. After I drove it home and the next day I realized something was really wrong. I brought it back and the maintenance department explained it would always ride harder than the EXL because it has a different suspension. After 3 months and a series of events, I was contacted by the Finance Mgr to come back to get an EXL and they would 'make it right' since I was so miserably unhappy with the car and they acknowledged I was lied to. One of the owner's sons (John DeMasso) was going to personally assist me. No explaining that I believed them and after the 2nd transaction I realized the next day that they had used every smoke and mirrors trick and between the 2 transactions I was duped to the tune of -$7,000! I love my Honda but it makes me sick whenever I pass their dealership and think how many other people they have taken advantage of.Sales person
