Space Coast Honda

Steven at Space Coast Honda seemed nice enough at first. He willingly, if not with enthusiasm, accompanied me on a test drive of a 2015 Civic SE. Although he did not seem to know much about the car beyond what one could figure out in 20 minutes, he did point out some of the new features on that model. The issue came when we sat down to look at pricing and finance. At first, he seemed very certain that he could "get me into this car" and was very attentive and friendly. When he left to speak with his finance dept. he came back with a completely different demeanor. He seemed dis interested. He went on to loudly proclaim that my credit score was too low to even think about this vehicle and then loudly proclaimed my credit score with other customers in earshot! (My credit is over 700) He then brought over his "leasing guy" Doug, who stood over me and basically yelled at me about leasing for five minutes all while Steven leaned back in his chair continuing to be disinterested. The whole vibe in this dealership put me off. I understand that as a car salesman, more time with customers that will buy right now makes you more money, but this was rude. If you need to point me to your "customer service awards" for me to think you have great customer service, you're doing it wrong.
