Terrible customer service

I also had a coupon for 15% off and they took it off the labor and the full amount. . Terrible customerIt's disappointing to hear about your experience with the quote and coupon. Surprise Repair
by DJW on 07/20/2024While driving to Hoffman for oil change nearly all my CRV warning lights came on with rotating description of what needed to be attended to. Hoffman tech did testing and found all four injectors were failing causing too rich fuel mixture.… Parts were ordered and came in from back order. The work was completed the day parts arrived. Car runs better than before. Worked with Kristina the service advisor. She has such a positive attitude that calms you down. Kristina listens to your concerns and assists you if she can. She arranged for a loaner car worked to get repairs done in timely mannerThank you for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear that Kristina and the Hoffman Honda team took great care of your CRV and provided excellent service. We appreciate your patience with the parts order, and we're happy to know your car is running better than before!
2008 Accord - Great Service

VERY Dissappoinred with service dept.

I only knew because one of my rims was scratched and was in the same position when I picked up my car.Fred, we're really sorry to learn about your recent experience with the tire rotation. Currently dealing with an issue with Garmin navigation system updates, which is also an issue for the dealership which is awaiting resolution.
