Our preferred service advisor is Kristina Cortigiano who always provides efficient excellent service. She explains cleary what is causing the problem with our vehicle, if the problem could impact other systems, any safety issues, cost and timeline for work to be completed. Her manner is professional and friendly. We give her five stars.
