My recommendation to the service personnel is that they review the service history so they can identify what needs to be done to the vehicle. this would eliminate… surprises for the customer, I E if the vehicle has 30,000 miles on the vehicle a nd certain procedures should be done the customer would be informed before the vehicle is taken to the mechanic.Hello, we're happy you found our staff to be so supportive during your experience here at AutoNation Honda 104. I was already looking at junkers thinking I couldn't do better but I ended up in my dream car… since I felt so reassured. Like the new ride
by New ride on 02/22/2024Overall positive sales experience. I worked with Luis and Kimber and both were great to work with. Luis was low pressure but patient with me, and Kimber explained all of the financing extremely throughly. No pressurey sales tactics were… used and they were willing to oblige in my request for quotes before coming in. Out the door price matched the quote precisely, no add ons were pushed. On the sales and financing side I was pleased with the experience. The detailing and presentation of the vehicle left much to be desired however. After initially viewing the car I pointed out a ton of soap residue under the spare tire from the detailing and asked for it to be re detailed before purchase. After bringing the vehicle home and a second “detail”, I’ll be spending my weekend afternoon cleaning out the rest of the dried soap. I was also sent home with half a tank of gas and a bad windshield wiper in the back with and “I owe you”. Not deal breakers, but also not shining in terms of overall attention to detail from the dealership. I did receive a number of baity looking “final notice” documents about “transfer of factory warranty” in the mail without identification of who they were from post purchase, so I assume my info was passed to a third party extended warranty company. Have not received DMV paperwork or the windshield wiper so cannot speak to paperwork processing or follow through of the dealership.Great Service

My car was vandalized
by Ea99018 on 01/05/2024I bought a used Mazda on Friday afternoon and made the decision not to trade my older car in based on the low value offered. The sales manager said I could leave my old car over the holiday weekend in their parking lot. When I went to pick… it up, I found that an unknown person had thrown a rock at the windshield damaging it, causing a silver dollar sized hole in the driver side. When I spoke to the manager about this, he said there’s nothing he could do and suggested I call the police. I asked him to review the Security video, but he said he couldn’t do that until a police report was made, which seemed untruthful.Amazing and seamless experience!

I contacted the dealership to ask what could be done to resolve the issue? The GM at the 104th… Northglenn location reached out directly to me to say, " We Will Make It Right." That day I was contacted by a Service Advisor named Abraham that made arrangements to bring my car in and made arrangements for me to have transportation back to my home via ride share. Abraham kept me updated on the status of the repairs and we discovered we both had a military connection. (Veterans) The repairs were done...and at no cost to me! I could not have been more excited to know that they did what they said they would do, "Make it right." I took my Honda in about 8:00 a.m. for diagnostics. .Kyle phoned me about… 2:00 to advise me of the results. I was told they would do their best to complete work on the Honda before close of business that day. I received a call about 5:00 that my Honda was fixed and ready to go. I am delighted with the excellent, expedient service. Kype kept on top of things and kept me informed. All other involved personnel were most pleasant and ready to please.
