onService staff was fine and the time it took to complete the service was ok. My recommendation to the service personnel is that they review the service history so they can identify what needs to be done to the vehicle. this would eliminate surprises for the customer, I E if the vehicle has 30,000 miles on the vehicle a nd certain procedures should be done the customer would be informed before the vehicle is taken to the mechanic.
