Dealership Service Review
A few months after the purchase of my BMW X5, we realized that I had an issue that had not been noticed within the purchased warranty period. I contacted the dealership to ask what could be done to resolve the issue? The GM at the 104th Northglenn location reached out directly to me to say, " We Will Make It Right." That day I was contacted by a Service Advisor named Abraham that made arrangements to bring my car in and made arrangements for me to have transportation back to my home via ride share. Abraham kept me updated on the status of the repairs and we discovered we both had a military connection. (Veterans) The repairs were done...and at no cost to me! I could not have been more excited to know that they did what they said they would do, "Make it right."
