onI am very pleased with the service rendered me on Tuesday, December 5. I expected to have to be without a vehicle for several days which would be most disruptive. I took my Honda in about 8:00 a.m. for diagnostics. .Kyle phoned me about 2:00 to advise me of the results. I was told they would do their best to complete work on the Honda before close of business that day. I received a call about 5:00 that my Honda was fixed and ready to go. I am delighted with the excellent, expedient service. Kype kept on top of things and kept me informed. All other involved personnel were most pleasant and ready to please. That is good customer service!
