I was so pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by Chad M. in… the Internet Sales Department. He was kind, professional, and wanted to make this the best car buying experience that I had experienced to date....and he was successful! I had not planned on purchasing a vehicle on my first visit to Mike Ward, but Chad made it so easy that it felt like the appropriate thing to do. The service was fantastic and I still contact him with random vehicle questions that I had. And, to top it off, Mike Ward thanked me personally for purchasing a vehicle. Very impressed.The Best

My sales rep. Rance L. is better than anyone else I've dealt… with. Responsive and has always worked with me to meed my needs. I would highly recommend this sales person and organization.outstanding

There was little waiting and none of usual back and forth game. Everyone was cordial, pleasant and… professional, respecting your time and your intelligence.The price for the car was fair and arrived to without ant hassle whatsoever. by mternus on 04/21/2010Due to scarcity of FX50s - I did a nationwide search and based on who gave me the best answer to the question - what is your best price for "xyz" and I named the specific model /car that they had in stock. CJ was the best at communicating… and continuing to give me updates - via email, texts, and phone calls. I live in Virginia and the car came from Colorado. It was easy.My First Infiniti Purchase today was an awsome experience!
by kcrisman on 12/12/2009Well, I was looking at a Mercedes C300 and comparing with a G37X. Guess which one won out.. =).. So based upon a friends suggestion, we went to Mike Ward Littleton Infiniti to look around a little. We were greeted warmly, and with a smile… by Antonio Aguilar and offered a tour of the showroom. Antonio was very versed in the Infiniti Line-up, but we already knew what we were looking for. We were behind the wheel quickly and efficiently of an 09 G37X for a test-drive. WOW, was I surprised at this little car's abilities! Anyway, Long story Short, The ENTIRE CREW here just went above and beyond for my first Premium Sedan purchase. The Sales Managers (both) Came up, extended their hands for a shake (which i've NEVER experienced at other dealers) and explained what they were doing for me to work the deal. Once accepted, I was very quickly in the Finance office and was treated very well there too! I mean really...??? Are you kidding me? In years past, I would have rather gone in for a root canal than to go buy a car..SERIOUSLY.. but this entire, and I DO MEAN ENTIRE, experience was.. well, TOP OF THE LINE. Hats Off Mike Ward, Antonio, and the ENTIRE crew today... You have just earned a Customer for life. Thanks so much, and I look forward to seeing you all for service on my new Infiniti.Great Car!!

I placed my bid just under the TMV of Edmunds and 2K over the dealer retail even after all the possible add-ons. My… offer was not only neglected in an email but laughed at as if I was some uniformed buyer and they returned a price 6K over what Edmunds would recommend anyone buying this car for in outstanding condition. So I was a little surprised and returned an email with what the value of the car was and how I got to this value. In this response Van the sales associate wrote another very rude and condescending email back. To sum it up I should buy my car through Edmunds or Kelly blue book and not from them. I am fine with that. My suggestion would be find another dealership or at least find a better sales man than Van S.!!!Purchased a Honda Civic from CJ

We decided to stop by on a Saturday afternoon, CJ met us in the showroom and showed us around before showing us the car. We had… heard the dealership was awesome, but to see it first hand, it really was amazing. I saw a GTR in the parking lot, and mentioned how it was one of my Son's favorite cars, CJ said it was too bad my Son wasn't there because Mike Ward would have taken him for a ride in it. Are you kidding me!? Anyway, we test drove the Civic, my wife loved it, and the buying experience was amazing, and painless. The waiting area was beautiful, and we both tried the massage chairs, and latte machine. CJ was very helpful, and a true gentleman. I can not express how wonderful the whole experience was, buying a car there. We will definitely go back there for our next car.Exceptional dealership

I'm from Wisconsin, and I appreciated how they emailed me a realtime video of the car inside and out. No other dealership would do that. Buying a car… across the country can be stressful due to the fact that I do not see or test drive the car up front before negotiating, but they were honest about everything. They were also negotiable with the price. Other dealerships stood firm on their advertised prices. Reading some of the negative reviews online from other people, I found it hard to believe that they were talking about the same dealership because Mike Ward Infiniti was extremely professional with everything. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in one of their cars.First time Lease

I was stuck with no car and my vacation was almost over (I am a teacher). I realized we HAD to get a car quickly. I HATE shopping for… cars. I went in to the dealership and spoke to Mike Ward himself. He set me up with an amazing salesman, Duane Smith, who is an encyclopedia of car knowledge. There was no rush or pressure. They let me test drive and test drive and test drive. They provide a free CARFAX and tell you about the previous owner if they know them. I finally found a used Subaru that I love! They gave me a great price that was super fair. I looked on Craigslist and other dealers, and Kelly Blue Book. The price was just a little lower than if I had bought from a "private party." Overall GREAT experience in a wonderful, clean and modern dealership.Great Experience

We have been extremely happy with our purchase and the level of service. The purchase process was comfortable and I was happy with the deal that we… made. We had to schedule service for a few repairs which were done as soon as the parts came in. Our car was missing a few parts (a seat and headrest) which the dealer dealt with the previous owners and got them to us quickly. The whole process working with them was top notch. If their goal is to make us want to come back and buy an Infiniti for our next car they couldn't have done a better job.M. at Mike Ward was great

We took our time for several weeks making selections and refused to badmouth the other cars we looked at and kept focusing on what we wanted, not what they wanted to… sell. Then they got the deal done and were flexible to our needs. I will come back in the future b/c they really impressed me.

Sean6361- I am very sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience at our dealership. However, having reviewed your conversation with Van, it appears this vehicle was listed below the TMV on Edmunds. You claimed Edmunds calculated price on a 2010 EX35 AWD with navigation and premium package was $22,500. In actuality, the pricing should have been over $27,000 (which is what we were asking on our internet price last month). Of note, even this month, the Edmunds pricing on this unit is still $27,000+. Regardless, when Van replied letting you know that we already lowered the price on this unit from $31,995 to $27,000, and that he could not accept your offer, but could help you a little more on the price, you still didn't want to accept our offer.
