Mike Ward INFINITI

We bought a used Honda Odyssey from Mike Ward Infiniti as soon as it came on their lot. We have been extremely happy with our purchase and the level of service. The purchase process was comfortable and I was happy with the deal that we made. We had to schedule service for a few repairs which were done as soon as the parts came in. Our car was missing a few parts (a seat and headrest) which the dealer dealt with the previous owners and got them to us quickly. The whole process working with them was top notch. If their goal is to make us want to come back and buy an Infiniti for our next car they couldn't have done a better job.
