I inquired about a vehicle online and was a little nervous in doing so. I was imagining to be bombarded with sales calls and harassment regarding a visit to the dealership. I was so pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by Chad M. in the Internet Sales Department. He was kind, professional, and wanted to make this the best car buying experience that I had experienced to date....and he was successful! I had not planned on purchasing a vehicle on my first visit to Mike Ward, but Chad made it so easy that it felt like the appropriate thing to do. The service was fantastic and I still contact him with random vehicle questions that I had. And, to top it off, Mike Ward thanked me personally for purchasing a vehicle. Very impressed.
