Hassle Free Buying Experience

After one brief exchange about what… kind of model we were looking for, he immediately sent relevant links and notices when "just the right one" was in inventory. CJ was absolutely wonderful to work with in person, being very thorough and patient as I weighed my options. We have never laughed and had such a great time buying a car, largely due to CJ's funny and personable style. We will gladly refer more customers to CJ and Mike Ward in the future!C.J. loving my Q50

We had been working with Chad M a month prior as the car we were looking for was not on the lot, but was in the process of being shipped. The price that… was quoted to us was very fair and it was great that we did not have to go back and forth regarding negotiating the price of the vehicle. I would say it would have been a 5 star experience had we not had to go back and forth when it came to trading in my vehicle. I knew what the trade value was for my car prior to walking into the dealership and the end of the experience overall I felt what was offered was not entirely fair, but we agreed to close the gap with throwing in a few added accessories. Thus the reason for 4 stars.Great purchasing experience

When I contacted Mike Ward Infinity via email it was Chad M.'s rapid response (less than 5 minutes) and professionalism on the phone that immediately made me want to do business with this dealership. I looked at dealers in UT, NV, AZ, and CO and by far Mike Ward Infiniti gave me the best deal. They were fast and friendly without any… games. They gave me the best price right over the Internet. C.J. is courteous and helpful, answers messages promptly, and is also very knowledgeable about the cars. The dealership is well… run and the facility is quite nice. Buying cars can be a stressful experience, but believe me when I say that buying cars here is a comfortable experience. Even the financing/paperwork is a breeze. Chad was very quick and responsive in returning calls and emails, and he made sure the purchase progressed smoothly. From sales to finance to service,… everyone at the dealership is courteous and professional. Although I live 65 miles away from the dealership, I'll bring the car back to Mike Ward Infiniti for routine service versus going to the local Infiniti dealership.Great car and buying experience!
by jde7 on 08/19/2014I was looking at CarMax and Mike Ward Infiniti to buy a G-37 Infiniti. I ended up buying the car at Mike Ward Infiniti. CJ was very helpful and the transaction was clean and fast. They detailed the car and it was in excellent… condition. They are not a typical "car" dealer. They are very low key and relaxed. I could not have had a better buying experience. CJ, the internet mgr. worked with me on price and therefore I opted to buy directly from an Infiniti dealer. Highly recommended CJ and Mike Ward Infiniti. JDE PS - I forgot the extra set of keys....a $200 value and CJ is FedEx'ing them to me! Could not be happier.Happy customers!

We really connected with our salesperson, Craig, he was personable and sincerely cared about giving us the best experience. He stayed MUCH later than I'm sure he was… scheduled to stay and was amazing to deal with. We have now had our new car for a little over a week and he has called to see how things are going. and he has also put me in touch with the correct people in order to get the services we spoke about at the time of purchase. I have already recommended them to another friend and I will continue to do so. We have been sorry when going to other dealers... we are certain we won't go anywhere else from now on.Great Customer Service

C.J. I., one of the sales associates, was very helpful and communicative before and after the sale. He followed up with us to see how we liked the truck and if there was anything else that we need. Really just the ideal sales associate and made the buying a vehicle a great experience.Would buy from here again
