We purchased our vehichle on September 27 and overall the experience was very good. We had been working with Chad M a month prior as the car we were looking for was not on the lot, but was in the process of being shipped. The price that was quoted to us was very fair and it was great that we did not have to go back and forth regarding negotiating the price of the vehicle. I would say it would have been a 5 star experience had we not had to go back and forth when it came to trading in my vehicle. I knew what the trade value was for my car prior to walking into the dealership and the end of the experience overall I felt what was offered was not entirely fair, but we agreed to close the gap with throwing in a few added accessories. Thus the reason for 4 stars.
