I have never been treating as well as I was treated at Mike Ward. We really connected with our salesperson, Craig, he was personable and sincerely cared about giving us the best experience. He stayed MUCH later than I'm sure he was scheduled to stay and was amazing to deal with. We have now had our new car for a little over a week and he has called to see how things are going. and he has also put me in touch with the correct people in order to get the services we spoke about at the time of purchase. I have already recommended them to another friend and I will continue to do so. We have been sorry when going to other dealers... we are certain we won't go anywhere else from now on.
